Story[]

Ted Crisp's job at Veridian Dynamics constantly keeps him on his toes. The fast paced world of research and development brings many zany personalities together, but they all must survive working for a money hungry corporation.

Veridian tries to play matchmaker for its employees, but the motives are less than altruistic. Ted's and Linda's matches cause friction between the two, and Veronica finds out that she's matched up with Lem.

Meanwhile, Linda is elated to sell her first children's book -- until someone points out that her lead character, a lemur, is the spitting image of Phil -- and Lem starts a passionate affair with one of the company lawyers, only to find out that his paycheck is being docked for the "billable hours" he's spending with his new girlfriend.
